We are Multimedia Marketing Solutions, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as MMS Vegas (“MMS Vegas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website is https://mmsvegas.com. We publish business and marketing reference guides and offer free downloadable resources and email updates. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up to receive a free guide or join our email list, we collect the information you enter into our forms — typically your first name and email address.
Information from contacting us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and our security and content-delivery provider automatically log basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page that referred you, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- deliver the free guide or resource you requested;
- send you emails you have opted into, including educational content and occasional promotions for our books and resources;
- respond to your questions and messages;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site;
- measure and improve our advertising, and reach people who may be interested in our resources; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
Email and your consent
You only receive marketing emails from us if you have opted in — for example, by requesting a free guide. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time; once you do, we stop sending you marketing emails promptly. We never sell or rent your email address.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Our site uses cookies for a few purposes: essential cookies that keep the site secure and working (for example, our security and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, may set one), and — as described below — analytics and advertising cookies that help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. Service providers and how we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate the site and our email program, and only as needed for them to provide those services. These include:
- our email and marketing-automation platform (FunnelKit Automations), which stores your contact details and manages our email list;
- our email delivery provider (Postmark), which sends our emails;
- our security and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare);
- our analytics and advertising providers, as described under “Analytics and advertising” above; and
- our website hosting provider.
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Affiliate and third-party links
Our site and emails may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links (such as links to Amazon). When you follow a link to another site, that site’s own privacy policy governs your visit — we are not responsible for the practices of websites we do not operate. How long we keep your information
We keep your email and contact information for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal record needed to honor your opt-out and to meet legal or security obligations. Automatically collected server logs are kept only for a limited period.
Your rights and choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email brian@mmsvegas.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
Children’s privacy
Our site and resources are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including reputable service providers and a security and content-delivery layer. However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
