Welcome to mmsvegas.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Multimedia Marketing Solutions, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as MMS Vegas (“MMS Vegas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, downloading our free guides, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
MMS Vegas publishes practical business and marketing reference guides — the “Missing Manual” series and related field guides — written by Brian Kasday. We provide educational content, free downloadable resources, and email updates. We do not provide consulting, agency, or done-for-you services through this Site.
3. Use of the Site

When you download a free guide or field guide from the Site, we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to read and use it for your own benefit. We may update, change, or stop offering any free resource at any time.

By submitting your email address — for example, to receive a free guide — you consent to receive emails from us, including educational content and promotional messages about our books and resources.
